PeopleBrowsr has an immediate opening for a Marketing Automation Manager. 

PeopleBrowsr, a VC backed San Francisco based company, is at the forefront of the internet revolution. The company is leading the charge, as the Registry owner of dotCEO and dotBest to make the internet a more social and community driven environment.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive US experience, and who would be interested in seconding to Australia for a 2 year period to work out of the company's Sydney office. 

PeopleBrowsr has combined its Network Platform, Kred Influencer Network Analytics and datamine to provide Enterprise, Government and new Top Level Domain owners the ability to launch their own social networks, with full engagement and powerful analytics.

This role will be responsible for creating and managing scalable, repeatable processes and systems to enable standard measurement and reporting of marketing and closed-loop lead generation, ensuring that all marketing investments can be tracked and measured from initial engagement all the way through to closure.


  1. Experience using marketing automation platforms. This role will own the company's marketing automation implementation process from start-to-end (which includes collaboration with other team members to achieve desired results);

  2. Process Design and Documentation: Design and document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity. Develop and manage training for all technical and non-technical users and ensure adherence to process for both system and lead tracking/management.

  3. Maintain database health, including data acquisition, cleanliness & completeness. 

  4. Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI through dashboard reporting.

  5. Expertise with CRM applications,, Hubspot, SugarCRM, Marketo and others marketing automation technologies.

  6. Hands on experience in lead database architectures, launch point, API integrations, revenue cycle modeler and CRM integrations. 

  7. Maintain and optimize lead scoring program/model based off of buying cycles, personas, and sales feedback.

  8. Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day to day operation of various marketing technology platforms (e.g.SugarCRM, Hubspot, analytics, dashboards, etc.)


  1. 3+ years experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign management

  2. Power user of marketing automation software. Experience in CRM and database management including: list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, custom report creation, and import/export of data. 

  3. Self-starter, passion for solving hard problems, and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders

  4. Ability to think ahead, anticipating problems and risks.

  5. Excellent quantitative analysis skills

  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines

  7. Results driven, strong attention to detail, organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

  9. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
