B2B Digital Marketing Associate

InvGate, an industry pioneering B2B IT software vendor, is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our expanding marketing team.  Your primary goals will be to implement & monitor marketing campaigns, deploy SEO strategies, and drive lead generation.  You will also be responsible for reporting performance against marketing targets and analyzing marketing efforts.  Less than 25% travel may be required.

This opportunity is preferably based in North Atlanta, but is a remote opportunity for the right candidate, anywhere in the world.
Primary Responsibilities
  • To coordinate and execute all marketing campaigns and activities to increase lead generation. This includes managing the execution and maintenance of online marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM tools; as well as the corporate website updates
  • To report performance against marketing targets, analyzing marketing efforts and successes, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Gathering market and customer insights to inform management on positioning, customer satisfaction / requirements, market gaps and opportunities, segmentation and use cases
  • To assist in optimizing InvGate’s social media presence on all relevant platforms, including day-to-day activities such as: post planning, community outreach, development of promotions/contests, etc.
  • To help develop marketing content and campaigns, incorporating activities related to brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and lead generation
  • To assist in creating competitor win strategies and documentation for the sales teams and to work with the sales teams to produce competitor win/loss reports and analysis
  • To perform a range of marketing support and related administrative duties as required

Additional notes or requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Strong digital Inbound-Marketing skills including hands-on deployment of:
  • HubSpot Enterprise (a major plus)
  • PPC Campaigns
  • SEO / SEM
  • Email Campaigns: Automated Drip Marketing and Lead Nurturing
  • Google Analytics
  • Social Media Marketing (Paid and Organic)
  • A/B Testing
  • KPI Reporting
  • Successful Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing experience, preferably in the Tech Sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and project management skills; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent copywriting skills - with a technical flare
  • The hunger and eagerness to earn fast career advancement within a rapidly growing software company
  • Up to 25% travel may be required

The following is advantageous, but not essential:
  • Knowledge of the IT Service Management and IT Asset Management industry 
  • Graphic Artist skills - Some experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Outbound Marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Apple Mac experience
